Analytics Solo

How limits work

The event allowance is shared by all sites in the workspace and resets at the start of each UTC month. Only events accepted by the managed collector count toward the plan allowance. Events over the monthly allowance, events from a read-only workspace, malformed events, recognized bot events, and events rejected by independent safety limits are not added to analytics.

The service also has independent per-site, installation-wide, request-rate, and resource safety limits. Those controls protect service reliability and are not extra customer entitlements.

Billing and cancellation

Stripe hosts checkout, card entry, invoices, and the billing portal. The owner can update a payment method or cancel through that portal. The portal shows when a cancellation takes effect; cancellation does not itself promise a refund. A failed payment may place the workspace in a seven-day grace period before collection and configuration become read-only.

Amount and currency

Prices are stated in USD. Stripe Checkout shows the final amount due before payment.
